Launch of CGI Mentoring Programme

Why Mentoring?

Mentoring is a powerful development tool used across youth organisations to support personal growth, strengthen leadership, and build meaningful connections. It empowers people of all ages to unlock their potential and thrive. CGI is proud to launch mentoring as an exciting new initiative led by the National Development Team, designed to grow talent, build confidence, and foster a vibrant culture of learning and collaboration across our organisation. Over the coming months, we aim to train a voluntary mentor in each Region—creating a nationwide network of support and inspiration. Stay tuned for more details on how you can get involved and help shape the future of leadership in CGI.  The Mentoring Programme will be launched officially during recruitment week 2025.

Purpose
Through mentoring relationships, participants will gain practical tools, broaden their perspectives, and enhance their capacity to lead with confidence, empathy, and impact – both within CGI and beyond.
